  11. I'm thinking of buying one of these modems. I'd appreciate if any
  12. ComStar owner could tell me about the sound quality of outgoing
  13. messages (especially with recorded music).

  15. Some digital recording algorithms for answering machines are optimized
  16. for speech but have terrible sound quality when music is recorded (for
  17. example, my AT&T answering machine). TIA.
